HOLDOUT is a scientifically formulated floor sealer for use on a wide variety of flooring surfaces, including resilient, concrete, terrazzo and unglazed quarry tile. HOLDOUT is designed to accept any flooring finish applied after sealing. These steps will protect the flooring material from excess spills and wear, prolonging the life of the floor and protecting your investment.
