Return & Shipping Policy

All of our products are usually available in our warehouse and are always ready to go out within the same business day as you’ve ordered. We always try our best to ship orders within the required time frame, but we may not be able to do so if there is an issue with supplying the items that you’ve ordered or when it gets busy. If a product is required by a specific date, then a reply email to the confirmation email will be required where you’ve indicated the date. If any problems might result in not meeting your specific delivery date, we will let you know immediately. 

Once any of our products leave the warehouse for delivery, the time it takes to reach you depends entirely on the geographical location. Options for quick delivery are only guaranteed if the items ordered are in stock. The order for quick delivery is always prioritized, and it’s made sure that it arrives by the desired date, considering the business days. To offer and provide you with the maximum number of products, some of the products presented on our website might not be stocked in our warehouses. These products might be directly shipped from the manufacturer to you to be brought to the warehouse with our next stock products from the manufacturer and then delivered to you.
