J and T supplies will not be responsible for any damages either consequential or otherwise, any other incidental, special, or indirect damages. Further, any damages related to economic, loss of business, or loss of profits are also not the responsibility of J and T supplies. The company is also not responsible for any unforeseen delays in product or supplies delivery due to circumstances beyond the company’s control. J and T supplies aggregate liability should not exceed the price paid at the time of purchase for any product that is purchased through this website.

Pricing and Specifications 

All information regarding the pricing of the janitorial products is subject to new changes. J and T supplies have the complete right to make changes to the pricing of products for various reasons including, but that are not limited to errors or mistakes made, price changes by the manufacturer, unavailability of products, discontinuation of products, and changes in the conditions of the market. 

Prices that are listed with each product are net charges and do not include charges for the export shipment and the special requirements for the safe packaging of the product(s), brokerage charges, taxes and other applicable charges, handling, and shipment charges or fees. Customers who request exemption from duties and taxes are responsible for providing J and T supplies with all the necessary and required documentation at the time of making a purchase by contacting our professionals present to guide you on our helpline. They will be further directed according to the required details and taxes will be added to their purchase accordingly.

Occasionally, the prices stated on the website can change according to circumstances that are beyond our control without any special prior notice.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any of the product(s) that you’ve purchased from J and T suppliers, then you may return the purchase within the duration of 30 days. It’s essential for you to fill out the form provided on the back of the package and return it within 30 days back to the merchandise. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges in the case of the return of a package and on canceled orders. For the return of packages, it is company policy that unless the product(s) turn out to be defective made-to-order and custom product(s) cannot be accepted for return. If the product(s) is damaged during the delivery process, then note the area and type of damage on the receipt of the delivery carrier. Also, request for an inspection report of the damaged product (s) from the carrier to be forwarded to you within 10 days. Upon receiving the inspection report, forward the report along with the original packing list to J and T supplies and a claim will be filed on our behalf to replace the damaged product(s) immediately. 

Entire Agreement 

The above-stated terms and conditions constitute the understanding and entire agreement between J and T supplies and the customers concerned with the subject matter and hereof superseding all the understandings and agreements of the involved parties thereto, including all oral statements made by the representatives of J and T supplies. 

The representatives at J and T supplies are not responsible for any alternate terms supplied to you otherwise agreed in writing by J and T supplies. If there is inconsistency or conflict in regard to these terms and conditions or anything in association with the website, then these terms and conditions will take precedence. 

Language of the entire agreement 

It is expressed with the wish of the parties involved with the terms and conditions and with any other documents related to J and T supplies to be drawn up in the English language.
